Built by King Offa of Mercia in the 8th century, Offa's Dyke formed the ancient frontier between England and Wales. There are no border skirmishes these days, but you'll find miles of quiet, uninterrupted Welsh countryside, stunning mountain ranges and a plethora of wildlife. | Suggested
